Due to the bespoke nature of enterprise software engineering and infrastructure deployment, refunds are assessed based on milestone deliverables defined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA). A 100% refund is honored if a contract is terminated prior to the commencement of Phase 1 resource allocation (typically within 7 days of signing).
